Got an exterior wash, paid $22 and left with water marks all over my car, my trunk door still dirty, and red lint all over the car from the towels they used. Lady at the front desk unprofessional.
Edit: Uploaded 3 more pictures. Spoke to the owner, does not take customers concerns seriously. Asked me if I had a receipt to verify how much I paid because (in his words) “it’s impossible that you paid $22, you must of gotten a full wash and interior” I did NOT get any vacuum, or wipe down of the interior. I asked for an EXTERIOR wash, was charged $22 not $11.99. Unprofessional front desk lady never gave me a receipt. No cars were there when I got there, no cars were there when I left. I have no problem paying whatever they charge as long as it gets done correctly, especially when they are not busy, they can take their time. I was in no rush.
I have a Tahoe and it’s a pretty big car, I 100% understand if they “upcharge” for bigger vehicles, but even with an “upcharge” the car was not cleaned properly. I had to hang up on him, it seems like any comments made about the quality of work is an inconvenience to him. He offered to give me another wash, I did not care for another wash, with the way he holds himself and his business I will not put myself in a situation where I might have to deal with his behavior in person.
It was my first time there. For the price, I don't feel the interior was as clean as it should have been. I have been to other places, for the same price, that do a better job on the inside.
My center console was not clean. My interior of the doors were still dirty. No armor all anywhere inside the vehicle.
The exterior has water stains on it. Not a good wash at all.
I don't think I would go back. For the same money, I can go to Car Wash and Beyond and have my car practically detailed.
I got my oil change today and that was fine. Also added the car wash. Man! As soon as I sat in my car...the smell was atrocious!! They probably used an old rag or didn't wash the clothes very well. It smells so bad that I almost vomit. Also, they said they wipe the interior, you could still see the dust in my dashboard, especially the further part closer to the vent. I had to clean my interior car when I got home to get rid of the smell!!
Got my oil changed and an upgraded car wash today, it was good to see they have improved their service. They did a good job wiping down the car including the door jams etc. Much improved since my last review!
If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in with a new car and got it washed. The drivers side interior door was all scratched up when i got back inside. The gentlemen who was drying the car was trying to be helpful when the manager came over. Never addressed me or introduced himself just said "whats the problem? He was unprofessional and condescending. I didn't appreciate his mansplaining. This place is a joke.
My experience with ultimate auto has been a pleasure for past 15 years. I have found staff pleasant, service timely and price fair. This is a positive when this area is somewhat limited with no walk in permitted appointment driven and pricy without the personal professionalism extended to customer.

I went yesterday to get my car washed, not only was the lady at the front desk unprofessional and eating in front of me, i felt highly uncomfortable by the workers. not just one, but multiple of them kept coming close to me and looking at areas of my body that i do not respect. i was honestly scared. no woman should feel uncomfortable getting a simple car wash done and be afraid that something may happen. for the price i paid, not only did i expect good quality, i expected a comfortable environment.
I've been coming here for a year or so, and every time, I've had nothing but a good experience. Never did anything outside an oil change, but with the services I've received, I had no problems. It's right around the corner, so it's convenient for me, and the atmosphere is very homie.
