I went in to get some food for my elderly parents, and when adding salt, I noticed the bottle was broken, so it spilt over the food. I mentioned this to the staff and they assured me they would sort it. They went in the back and told me they would change it and yet gave the same box of chicken. When I arrived home, my parents were physically unwell with the amount of salt that was in it because they hadn’t changed it. Poor customer service - don’t recommend.
As I walked in it was a tiny room and I looked at the prices and they were extremely low for 1 chicken burger meal. So I ordered it and it took about 10-20 minutes to make. The chips were tastless and extremely soggy not crispy at all, the burger was terrible and not crispy soft and cold and was pink inside its probably because of the incredibly low prices. Will not be coming back again

im tellin u bro this places burgers are somet else bro kasme. the best thing on the whole menu is deffo the chicken burgers. its such a bloody beauty i cant describe it. best chicken burger shop in Keighley. any other shop is mid/just not right. not only that but they have amazing customer service. i always give my salaam dua and that and they're always nice to kids especially when i come with my little bro. W shop W food looking forward to going again soon and that innit ????????????????
Travelled 200 miles to try the famous chicken fillet burger was not disappointed. staff were really friendly would definitely recommend ????????
