In all honesty, Dee Dee deserves 5 stars for the time and care she took with me, and for the amazing job she did on my nails. However, the fact remains that I went in at 2 and left at 7. Several people who came in after me, left before me. My feet soaked for more than an hour. Would I recommend coming here? Probably not. Would I agree that my nails came out absolutely gorgeous? 10/10
Worst nail experience I've ever had. All I asked was for gel nails to be removed. After getting through the language barrier and the nail tech (kind of understanding) she sat me down and used a hand file a couple swipes before moving me to a different station to start again. She poured acetone into a small bowl (on a hot plate) and told me I had to soak both hands into a bowl i could barely fit. As she walked away and worked on another customer, I contemplated my decision to try this place while staring at someone else's clipped gel nail tips on my counter. After an hour (apt @ 2:30 and frustration climbed through 3:30) I was never talked to while soaking, no other employee came to help, nothing. I decided to start working on my own nails so I could just leave. I scratched off my own gel, cleaned up and was never talked to. An employee came to my counter only to ignore me and grab products he needed. Nail take-off on the sign is quoted $12. They didn't deserve $2. I left $15 and finally got my nail tech to come over to say "thank you" and take the money to go back to the other customer. BASICALLY DO NOT GO HERE. I'm writing this review to remind my future self and any others willing to listen. I will not note race here but it is very possible that race played into what customers were served and who were not. AGAIN. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
this looks a hot mess. the nails are really short but she made them so thick and bulky and i kept saying to make them thinner and it wasn’t getting thinner , so i was just like forget it . and then i got a stiletto pinky and it’s nails polish on my skin and it has lumps in it and the nail shapes aren’t even on point , i asked for shape square and these look like i asked for round or soemtbing .
Moved out of state and back. Used other nail salons in last few weeks. Wasnt happy with service. Back at U A Nails perfect pedi today and love this place. Will be returning unless my daughter who is a nail tech does my pedi.
He charged me 55 dollars for a mail set short and 2 came off already place is trash I’m tired of these money hungry people short nails been on 2 days Indy is trash
I had such a tough day I just wanted to relax the lady doing my nails moved so fast I would even relax I kept trying to tell her my big toe nail is not right and it’s lumpy and she kept telling the nail is not long that’s not even what I was saying i didn’t know Ben get my nails finished paid for my feet n left I’m so disappointed
Parts of my toes have no polish. The lady too it upon herself to shape my nails the way she wanted. Didn't ask at all how I wanted them shaped. Also my toenails weren't even. Some were longer than the other. Just a horrible job.
Where do I start.? I went in for a pedicure. When I put my feet in the water it was hot. By the time they got to me the water was cold. The man finished a lady pedicure and put the pedicure tools under some water and put them to the side for 4 minutes for the next person. He use the same unclean tools on my feet. My toes have a lot of cuts on them. It was 83 degrees outside and this place did not have on any air. Not even a fan. The guy that was doing my toes couldn’t stop coughing. (He did have on a mask)And they charge $40 for this service. I will never go back to this place. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.
