We came at opening on a Friday. The place was empty. No one came to seat us for about 5 minutes until we walked around the seating area.
The robot brought us the bowls and the menu. We asked for the lunch menu but were still charged the full price for regular dining. (Ages 10+ $28.99).
I’ve been to KPot Korean bbq and hot pot before and they had a HUGE buffet selection with tons of meats, seafood, veggies and appetizers.
U & Me has a tiny tiny sauce bar with fruit and spring rolls. The meat selection is very very small. (only 4 options for meat). The seafood selection was good.
The conveyor belt with the different noodles and veggies was unique but not stocked fast enough.
The service was very slow. The plates stacked on our table and no one came to remove them.
At the end, they gave us dessert (ice cream) which tasted freezer burnt.
Overall, I would not return to this hot pot location. Try a different one.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience. Lena was extremely kind and helpful, making great suggestions on what to order and how to cook it. The robot waiters are super cute. If it's your birthday the kitty bot will bring you icecream and sing happy birthday to you. The restaurant was extremely clean and organized.
When ever I come to the Orlando area U & me revolving hotpot is a must! Getting in and getting seating by the little robot is always amazing! You get seating and immediately get served, a definite plus. I always pick the spicy and sweet broth for my base then immediately head for the little sweet sausages! Udon noodles finish off my meal with some small add on from the revolving pickup station. If you are in the area definitely stop here for amazing food and an amazing time! Bring your friends and family!
The food was fantastic and appeared to be fresh. The sauce bar was adequate size and vegetables kept coming by on the conveyor belt. The bench I was sitting in was not bolted to the floor so it's slid easily when other people got in on the other side. It was definitely in the top two of all hot pots I've been to around the United States. And it is all you can eat.
This is my favorite hot pot spot, in all of Orlando! I like it so much, I happily drive the 40 minutes it takes to get there from my home. There are several other hot pot locations I've tried in my area, and none compare. All the food is wonderful, and fresh. I love the theme and atmosphere. The staff is kind, and very attentive. Everything is kept clean, and tidy, even when it's busy. One of my favorite things about this place, is that it's open until midnight. It's a great place to go, for those who like to sleep in, or go out late. I highly recommend this as a date spot. The theme is very fitting for such an outting. ????
Words cannot describe what an amazing experience me, my wife and daughters had on this place for my daughter 15th birthday. It was worth every penny as the food was delicious and the the waitress was so sweet. The robot that brings the dessert at the end is an amazing experience. I would come here again when visiting the area for sure.
Always love going here! The tomyum broth and drinks are both very flavorful! The food at the revolving belt is sanitary and the meats are of great quality. The seats are comfortable and the restaurant is clean. Definitely recommend!
