MTC were really helpful. Quite early on our honeymoon we reached the city of Bath and caught a puncture. MTC where the 3rd company I had called late that evening. From the jump he was straight with me reassuring and communicated effectively. Nice and early & on time like he promised we were back on the road to continue our honeymoon adventure.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Unfortunately, I can not give a zero-star rating, hence the one-star rating. I have never experienced such terrible service in my entire life. I was angrily treated and overcharged. Tyre X, the business-maker, charged me 200 £ for a single tire replacement at my house, with dimensions of 215x55x16. The service was 7 miles away, and then they charged me an additional 30£ because of an error of Google maps regarding my adress, claiming it was for VAT. However, when I initially agreed to the service they quote me at 200£, VAT was not mentioned.I agreed even if i knew i am overcharged for the service because ive been in a rush.Additionally, for another tire replacement, for the same car, at the same address, and for a distance of 11 miles, I was charged only 150 £, including VAT from Tyre2you. I've tried to call Tyre2you, but they were too busy.The service was incomparable better, yet the price difference is significant. When I questioned Tyre X why they overcharged me 30 £ because they've gotten to the wrong address, they insisted i gave them the wrong adress even if i showed them the adress on my electric bill. It seems unfair and unethical for a business to behave in this manner.I will never choose them again. They should not be in business ????.
Hi, just wanted to say a huge thank you to James for stopping and rescuing me on the Keynsham Rd this morning having spotted me with my tyre having blown out. I’m pretty sure I’d still be sitting there now if he hadn’t!

TYRE ANGELS! Called with a flat tyre at 14:30- said they'd be within the hour, turned up promptly, and by 15:50 I was on the road with not one, but two (much needed!) new tyres. Amazing service, thank you so much ????
Tried charging £70 for a puncture repair definitely won't be using this guy absolute rip off!!!! Update because I gave a bad review they think its acceptable to pester me and harass me with countless calls. I definitely won't be using this melt in the near future and will be putting the company name out across various social media platforms to steer clear of this rip off!!!
