Excellent service from start to finish, very polite and professional and very reasonably priced, would highly recommend and will use again if needed.
We have used Tyre Torque for tyres for a few years and recently my clutch went and decided to use them. They were good value and were very efficient. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and answered my questions (I don't know much about cars).
Needed 2 new tyres, although the size wasn't available they had them there by 10 o clock next morning, called me to let me know they were there and I turned up half an hour later and they were fitted straight away. Great price too. Top service as usual.

During my recent visit to your establishment to have one of my tires fixed, I experienced some issues. Although one tire was repaired, I noticed that the other tire was damaged, and I am unsure if this damage was caused by your technicians. I also found that I was charged additional fees. Unfortunately, the damaged tire was unable to be fixed and I was not given any further assistance.
Based on my observation, the tire may have been damaged during the process of removing it, due to the machine not being positioned close enough to the wheel rim. As a result, the tire was forced into the middle and became damaged. The original seller of the tire confirmed that the damage was caused by external force.
I appreciate your service, but I regret the inconvenience and additional expense that this situation has caused me. I wouldn't recommend this service!
Very happy with the service provided after an initial miss communication.
Very helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Thought I had a slow puncture but it was the seal corroded. They don't rip you off.
