Used the Scotswood & Consett branches alot, first time at this branch. Uber canny staff, comfy relaxed place to sit. Altho spent 95% of the wait at nearby scran haunts for coffee & pesto chicken, there's a bunch. Very happy, will come again
Fantastic service from the young lad that works on the front desk and apologise I've forgotten you're name, I have learning difficulties and dyslexia, I called today about my tyres and didnt really know what I was looking for, the kind chap was very helpful and said he could fit them.the same day, I drove down within 30 mins of the phone call and my car was booked in, I took my therapy dog for a good hour walk whilst the work was being done, he was knackered as was I. Great service from you at Tyre Spot ????
Had a great experience at Gateshead Team Valley Tyre Spot! They got our tyre sorted in under 20 minutes, and the team was so friendly and welcoming. It made getting our tyre fixed a breeze. A supply of Gateshead FC programs made waiting enjoyable too. Definitely recommend these guys for top-notch service! Big thanks to Dave at the Durham branch too for tracking down the tyre we needed!

Called up short notice at 4pm with a slow puncture. Mark answered straight away and looked at issue within 45mins. Corrected a dent in the wheel and didn’t charge us. Excellent service. Hugely appreciated. Thank you

Called in today as we'd hit a nail in the front driver's side tyre which caused a slow puncture. Was handled by Jack who's customer service was excellent. The lads had us patched up and repaired and on our way. Thanks again, will call back very soon to sort a replacement!
