Some staff have been rude, incredibly disorganised. Waited a week for my medication only to be told to look elsewhere for it. Strongly recommend others to look elsewhere for another pharmacy.
Recently returned to this pharmacy after a few years, should not have left them in the first place, can't fault them, they are excellent. Thanks for what you do.

Had a lovely phone call from Eileen who was really understanding and supportive. She was so helpful and signed me up to the hole/shoot in the wall pharmacy to help with my anxiety. I am really happy with the serive they have provided ????????☺️

I have a repeat prescription which the Pharmacy prepare for me every month. Today it was so busy there that the girl passed me my prescription and didn’t asK if I wanted “the same again” next month.
When I got home I rang them just to confirm That I did, but strangely the lady on the phone suggested I ring the pharmacy 1 week before I need my tablets because ‘they were so busy that they didn’t have time to reorder automatically’!
They were trying to phase this task out.
However on this occasion she would reorder for me ( this has been automatic for several years!!!) but it was going to change.
I asked her to ensure that if any changes were to be made then the Pharmacy must obviously advise their customers in advance so that they can make provision for this change,
So I walked up to the counter and handed over my prescription with the words "could I have this please"
Not a word of acknowledgement, not a word of it will be a minute. Nothing literally not a word uttered by the pharmacy assistant serving. I actually wanted to purchase some OTC meds as well but didn't bother. Incredibly rude service
Using this pharmacy for few years now for my repeat prescriptions, always good service and friendly staff. They are very busy, but always professional and supportive. Thank you so much for all your hard work every day and during Covid-19.
Not a great place. Every month I order my blood pressure medication and every month I reorder it... And nearly every month there's an issue getting it! Also they have a sign on the door saying the pharmacist goes to lunch at 1 until half 1 and it's often different which is a nightmare if you've gone there especially to pick up medication, as you then can't. Some of the staff are great some are definitely not.
Not for the first time, I have been ignored whilst waiting to be served. They appear to favour those they know over those who are next. Suffering with anxiety, it becomes an even bigger deal to collect my prescription.
