Great ice cream and such an adorable little building. I loved that there was a drive thru so I didn't have to take my sleepy baby out of the car.
Ordered a large and got more in the small we ordered than the large. Asked for a cup with ice cream at the bottom with sprinkles and then more ice cream and sprinkles and they said they couldn’t make that and did something else charged us for two topping with barley any toppings (sprinkles). Complained and they didn’t care. $6 for a large ice cream that looked like a small ??? Everyone who ordered in our family had a problem with their order. We watched some people get huge ice cream cones meanwhile we barely got anything in the large $6 cups we paid for. Absolutely unbelievable
Update: I am raising my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because we were refunded after speaking to the manager in person who was a different person than we spoke to the first time and was very nice and understanding.
Always get my ice cream here. My husband loves it. Portions are good sized they are friendly most of the time and the waits aren't bad even if there are many people ahead of you
My favorite soft-serve place! I always get the large vanilla cone, along with a spoon and cup... in case the cone is top-heavy (as it always is)! The drive-thru is about 15 minutes from our home, so we generally treat ourselves to Twistee Treat!
A nice cute as can be little ice cream shop! This was my first time eating at one so, I was very undecided about what to order! They have a large selection of taste treats on the menu. I decided on a black cherry shake. It tasted great! I do with that it was a little bit thicker but, be good!! I will definitely be back to try some more off the menu! It's in a really good location & was quite busy for after 10 PM!
I ordered and paid for a large only to get an ice cream cones barely bigger than the small my girl ordered. Their excuse was that they'd been busy and the ice cream was too soft for a large cone.
Well if that is the case then why was I charged for a large when they had no intention of giving me what I ordered?
Never going back, I'll go out of my way and go to Dairy Queen instead!
Cups are smaller but more expensive, ordered chocolate and caramel sundae, no cherry. Every time I get a cherry ????. This time a mear smear of caramel and NO chocolate but charged me $1.19 for it. I m bummed because there isn’t ice cream around except for Hudson… I even tipped them 20% - something no one does. They just need to Listen to the customer.
Great service and ice cream. There was a long lineup but it went fast. Wish they had stores in Minnesota.
