This place is a gem! We sat outside because of our puppy and Alec was so attentive. It was only he and the chef running the place and the service was outstanding. We each ordered something different but the favorite was the Twisted Toast. The kids had the Blueberry. I had the crustless quiche of tomato, basil, and goat cheese. It was filled with tomato, you tasted the goat cheese, but I would have enjoyed more basil. My husband ordered a sandwich on sourdough with smoked salmon and he really enjoyed it. The kids also split a Bagel sandwich. We asked for extra crispy home fries and those were good as well.
We went to Twisted Table for breakfast. They were very short staffed, but made sure that we had our drinks out quick. They made us aware of the wait and apologized for any inconvenience during the unexpected breakfast rush. Breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The staff made it a wonderful experience! We will definitely be coming back!
Fantastic brunch spot! Very busy which is always a good thing. Server was super apologetic for the wait. I think it was only him and one other server. Gave us a small plate of crackers and pimento cheese while we wait for our food. The crackers were doctored Saltines. Yummy! Husband had breakfast burrito. I had the quiche of the day. Both plates came with a small side salad and breakfast potatoes. Fabulous place!
Highly recommend this gem tucked away on Ash and S 3rd street. The soups are homemade and bursting with flavor. Breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches came with a salad. The pimento cheese spread was awesome with homemade pimentos, jalapeños and fresh shredded cheese. Definitely will come back over and over. Rhonda the owner and her son are such fantastic hosts. Love this place!
The waiter (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) was one of those genuinely kind people, he really seemed to enjoy talking with everyone in the diner. He was a pleasure to speak with and listen to. He also explained the menu quickly and thoroughly. Food was amazing and came out very quickly.
We had our first experience with Twisted Table yesterday (5/18/24), and I can say that I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Five starts is an incredibly insufficient rating. I would give them a hundred stars or more if it was an option.
The food was amazing. The service was impeccable. All needs were exceeded. The atmosphere was cozy. All around, it was a fantastic experience.
This is the 3rd year in a row we have taken our family here. Alec and his Mother make sure everything is perfect everytime. There isn't a bad item on the menu as our large family have tried just about everything on it. Twisted Table is and will be looked forward to as our last breakfast for the ride home. Thanks for the great service!!!
Good breakfast, kind servers, and clean environment. The breakfast is on the moderate side, so if you want large quantities, this place is not for you. However, if you are trying to control your food intake, quantities are perfect. Good food presentation. The quiche was good, a little moist which some like. The juice, coffee and tea came with complementary refill which was nice.
