WARNING ⚠️ So I got into a accident which is never good but everyone was ok and I have full coverage on my car so I called my deliership were I bought the car and they recommended me to come here It was the first time having to go to a body shop I thought everything would be fine but it wasn't they had my car for almost a month kept telling me it would be done end the of week every time I called but took a month instead when I finally got my car back it was completely filthy they let there dog inside my vehicle I found a bunch of dog hair in my car it smelled like wet dog and I don't have any pets so I know it didn't come from my end my Interior was ruined they didn't replace the rim that was damaged in the car accident they didn't replace the frame of the vehicle just schemed the bracket the only thing they did was replace the fender the bumper and one head light which shouldn't have taken a hole month the car has more scratches on it then when i dropped it off they took off the plastic cover off my tag and when I asked them where it was they just took someone's off there car and gave me that one completely unprofessional I would definitely think twice before living my vehicle with them and what really pissed me off is that I told the lady Melissa I would be picking up my vehicle in 45 minutes and they didn't even try to cover up and clean out my car just left it disgusting and filthy as hell I would never go back and definitely don't recommend this place

Unfortunately,I was referred here for my car from an accident that occurred where I was not at fault. I hoped I would be in good hands.Sadly,that just WAS NOT the case.I shouldn't have to be the mediator between the Insurance company and the shop.Here,that is what happened.Proper protocol the insurance requires was not met therefore I had to not only pay storage fees,because of negligence,but I also did not get nearly as good of a end result as SHOULD'VE BEEN!!!! I am worse off than when I brought the car there to begin with.Sad, I really thought this shop may be different than some out there just looking to make a buck and not care about the outcome for others.Guess I was wrong.????

I intended to ask a couple of questions and make an appointment for an estimate when I called at 9:03 AM. Quick conversation recap:

Business: "Hello?"

Me: "Oh good morning, who is it I'm calling?"

Business: "I don't know, you called me."

.....

Me: "Ooook, I just wanted to see if I needed to make an appointment for an estimate."

Business: "I don't care if you make an appointment or not."

Never would I ever. I'm no business expert, but I can confidently suggest that your customer service skills on the phone can and do have a direct impact on your bottom line. I'll actively send others in my position away from your business now. Well done.

Jon is honest and his shop has good prices. I have brought multiple jobs to him and always been satisfied.

I will never send my car anywhere else, Melissa is great she is straight forward no BS and they are fair. She Kept me well informed on what’s going on with my vehicle and the work looks amazing.
