I believe I have been coming here since I was in high school (2008). I have always enjoyed coming here. They always know my name, and I have come so much they even know my family. My service is always excellent, and my nails always turn how I want them to. I even moved away for a while, and now that I am back, I still get the same great service.
So me and my bestie went to get our nails done. We spent 150. It felt like they were rushing to get done my nails are crooked and it hurt so bad afterwards I've been taking ibuprofen. My friends fingers swelled up and are very red and also hurting extremely bad. We need to get them off also the heart design they did looks like a 5 year old drew it. NOTHING LIKE WE ASKED FOR! waste of money! Oh and on top of that we were supposed to have matching nails there no were near matching!!!
Got my nails done 10 days ago and they look like it has been a month. My natural nails grow extremely slow. So it’s not due to growth. Plus, they are seriously crooked. I’ve always liked them for pedicures. But from now on, I will be going someplace else to have my fingernails shaped and painted correctly.
Got a pedicure in late February. Once my toenail started to grow, I noticed it looked bruised under the nail. A few weeks later, my nail is falling off due to UNSTERILE instruments and/or unclean foot baths. This is per my doctor. Will NEVER go there again let alone ever get a pedicure again. Do better and clean your things!!
Would never come here again. I had to come home and fix my nails. My nail polish from my previous color, was still on. I kept telling the female I wanted the basic and she would not take my answer and told me if I wanted a box and then they charged me $20 extra dollars. My nails were slanted and missing paint on the sides. I basically gave them free money.
My friends and I came in yesterday for full sets, I asked for coffin french tips & apparently it’s $5 extra to get french nails. The shape was good but not the french tips. The “french tips” is half my nail. My friend also asked for coffin nails but got boxed nails & the lady did her nails rushed. My other friend had white nail polish outside of her nails. Not to mention we all had at least one crooked nail.
0 stars on this place. I just spent $110 on a pedicure & a full set of nails. My pedicure didn't include any of the typical massage stuff that comes with it & I still have a thick cracked callous on my heel. There are slices, some of them deep, in 5 of my fingers. My fingers hurt & 1 even bled. The nails are of differing thicknesses & the paint job is awful. She didn't do anything to get rid the dead skin around my nails. I have nails that look grown out & they were literally just done and hour ago. There was none of the pampering that should have come along with this experience. I will not be returning & I will advise people not to come there either. The only positive was the additional $20 I spent for my little girl to get her nails & toes painted.
The nail tech was very nice, but I hated the way they turned out. They felt thick, uneven, and painted messy. I went to go get them redone somewhere else next day.
