My name is Elisha, Hawk is the best barber in the shop. He is always positive and he is one of the best barbers Ive experienced. When I first moved here I did walk-in with some random barber and it was not the best, but when I went to hawk he had me looking fresh!! Will definitely be back.. Shout out to hawk
Tried to be a loyal customer to our barber of choice here for my sons. First couple haircuts were bomb. After that he started doing annoying things like changing our price, changing our appmt time without consulting with us, and then the haircuts started changing quality… needing to be fixed….. like he didn’t notice the flaws…. From perfection to novice. Then I hear from my boys that he started complaining at them during the haircut about them.we were driving an hour to see him. This is the end for us now. Not listing his name out of respect.
Second time getting my haircut here since my last barber moved away. I have seen Hawk both times and been very pleased both times. I won’t be seeing another barber while I live here!!
Went there to get a haircut with Hawk and he cancelled 5 minutes before the hair cut. This is not the first he has rescheduled out of nowhere. Great barber, but extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
I been going to Benny for some years now and honestly best service to have. Every time I go, there is always positive vibes and he’s never afraid to be himself and he always goes the extra mile to make sure my fade comes out nice. 10/10 definitely recommend. Easy to set up an appointment and he’s always on time and ready to go when I get there. Sometimes he even takes me in early if available so I make sure to never keep him waiting! That’s my guy right there so you won’t regret going to him!
I’ve been going here for the last 9 months since I moved to Estero. Got a quality cut from Benny every month and a half to two months… I missed my appointment for the first time ever with him and he was incredibly unsupportive or willing to help. I have a 6week newborn at home and I realize I called an hour after my appointment, about 15 minutes after the 45 min slot. But when your business model is to have your clients use your app to booked in advance, pay in full and have the audacity to request tip ahead of time… I would imagine a drop of leniency or humanity for repeat customers would exist.. at least a half off on the standard rate for first time offenders. Business must be really good to just throw away customers like this. Won’t ever return to a Twin cuts and will advise others not to visit either ever again… the irony of it all is that someone complimented me on my hair just 3days ago and I had recommended him. Never again..
I can’t say enough good things about all the guys that work here. Been going here for my haircuts for years and special shoutout to Nemo, Hawkin, and Jovani!
I see some reviews here talking about being upset about missing appointments. You gotta communicate with these guys. Their system makes sense. They respect your time by giving you an app to set and cancel your appointment whenever up to an hour before your appointment. They also don’t charge you for said appointment until an hour before. But they set that time aside and waitlist the walk-ins to make sure they are free for you!
If you can’t respect their time then don’t book an appointment, it’s simply a courtesy so you can come in, knock out your cut and go about your day. It’s how they make their money and are able to be more efficient, and their services are worth it! ????????
I get this is a by appointment only place, but when you walk in and nobody has anyone in the chair and nobody wants to help. They must be slammed because they lost a customer and they seem perfectly fine with that. Some guys don’t have the time to set a “hair” appointment and to take specific time out of your day. You are losing a ton of business.
