Best KPortal Reviews

Passed this place many times over the years. We decided to stop on our way home and I’m so glad we did! The FOOD IS GREAT. Fry sauce is amazing. The onion ring batter is delicious. The deluxe burger was delicious. The FRIED green beans are DELICIOUS. Yes, you read that correctly…. I was skeptical but I’m a believer now. Service was great!
My fiance and I have been here twice now, Food is delicious!!! Try a lavender malt shake!!! The fries and burgers are great. Staff are patient and helpful. We appreciate the backyard seating area. It's like being at a park on a picnic.
Great food and cozy atmosphere. Fast and friendly staff too! Not too pricy for the amount of food you get!! Definitely a good burger spot to eat.
I found Twin pines y chance when I was heading to Ellensburg from Cle Elum. I ordered Jalapeño burger and double cheeseburger, both were yummy.
Cool, classic 60's style drive in. Been around since 1958. Great burgers and fries. Many different styles of shakes. The burgers are great tasting with tons of fresh toppings to choose from. They also offer gluten free buns that are delicious! The fries are cooked perfectly and have a little breading, if you are worried about gluten free. Recommended. 2 burgers and fries, made fresh, about $30 with tax and tip.
I think the people who give a bad review must think they are above everyone else because this place has always been good when we come. I love the fact that I can get a different flavor milkshake than the regular 3 choices. I got a coconut lavender and it had bits of real coconut in it and my husband got his butterscotch because e it’s the place that has that flavor. The hamburger were very big and juicy.
The $8 plus burger was like cardboard. You pay extra for ketchup & sauces. Water costs. $5 fries where very small. Onion rings, chickens srips where over cooked. Very over priced for what you get. $8 burgers, $5 sm fry, $ 6.50 shake, $6.75 - 3 strips. Everything cost, no fresh on the side. Not sure why it was so busy. Would Not recommend.
This was our second drive burger in a day since we couldn’t decide on which one, we did both! Lots to like about this place. I appreciate that they’ve updated the exterior of the place. Shows me that even though they’ve been around since 1958, they still wanna look good. Very good experience here. Friendly staff and terrific food. A tad on the spendy side but fresh enough to be worth the money. The brioche bun on the Big Joy Double was super soft and delicious. Their fries are great, too. Many others have commented I will note that while they were served hot & crispy , they were over seasoned for my taste. This place is definitely worth coming back to!
