Very attentive to our party. Had great food recommendations. Our first time at twin peaks with my little sister for her 21st! The staff was phenomenal as well! Lucy really made our experience unforgettable! Would recommend Lucy as your waitress in an heartbeat.

Avoid Twin Peaks on Peak time
This is my first time at this location. Avoid this place on Saturday ufc nights at all costs. If you are lucky to get a table, then you need even more luck to get a server to put in the orders. And if you get to that point, you need even more luck to actually receive your order.
The staff are rude and non attendive. The food is bad and overpriced.
I don't recommend anyone coming here. expiecially on weekends.

Haven't been to Twin Peaks in a few years. So I decided to go last weekend. Our service was bad. The waitress would be MIA, and we have to ask another waitress to go find ours. End up getting the manager to cash us out because the waitress was nowhere to be found. Hospitality was good and the food was ok.
Had a hair in my burger - BUT our waitress saved the situation, thank you Nina for your excellent service.
Our kids where happy, I had my cold beer, my wife got her margherita. So I would come again, even with that hair issue
This was my first time here. I usually wouldn’t come eat at a spot like this but my friend and I went out for a late dinner a few Friday nights ago and our first option didn’t work out so we found Twin Peaks nearby and this place was open. It was maybe an hour or so before closing when we arrived but it was busy. The service was slow which I can understand being that it was a busy Friday night. Our waitress took forever just to come introduce herself then took her time coming back to take our order. We ended up ordering our drinks and food at the same time to avoid waiting longer. My friend ordered wings and we ordered the loaded fries to share. Both appetizers were very dry. My friend ate 2 wings and offered me the rest but I didn’t even want to try them because they looked gross. There was no sauce, just a dried up boneless wing. I’m assuming because it was towards the end of the night they didn’t give us a fresh batch. The loaded fries were okay, the cheese was dry but at least the fries were edible. The best part of our meal were the drinks and the cinnamon toast shots we ordered. Overall it was a cheap dinner I think the total was like $40 but the food wasn’t great and neither was the service.
Greta place to grab a drink and some food with friends. Food is good. Lucy is a great server. Lucy isa great server. Always is attentive and very friendly. I always ask for her when i stop by.
Been a long time since I’ve had such great service at a restaurant chain. My waitress Lucy, who was 2023 Miss Twin Peaks Oak Brook was just amazing! My friends and I had a great time with exceptional service! Thank you for a great time!
Okay have to be honest here- the only… yes only.. reason to come here is because they have the UFC fights on. Literally only reason. I’m sitting here right now, our chicken tender appetizer came with three small pieces of chicken. Is this a kids meal? I genuinely think the server entered this wrong… and our motzarella bites are still solid cheese in the middle. Not warm, hardly cooked. I know we didn’t come for the food, but a little attention to detail would be nice. We don’t have silverware, napkins, waters, anything. I’ve been a server, I get it. It’s a busy night. But really? Our server walks away as quickly as possible after hearing one thing when I’ve been trying to ask for buffalo sauce for about 15 minutes now.
On a side note the bartenders are sweet… idk. Probably about time to pick a new spot to watch the fights.
