Best KPortal Reviews

We have been to this location multiple times and each time we have left having nothing short of a wonderful experience. For starters, the atmosphere is outstanding. With too many televisions to count and a lively vibe this is a great place to sit back, eat, drink, and watch any number of sporting events that are being shown. Having been numerous times we have yet to be disappointed in the food. My wife raves about the fish & chips and I have had the burger multiple times and the New York strip, also. Each time the food has been very tasty, and has been cooked to perfection. The only blip was during our last visit there was an issue with my father-in-law's entree not being brought out with everyone else's order. It took another ten or so minutes but once it was brought he did not really mind the wait because he absolutely loved it. The manager even took the entree off our bill. Mind you, we did not ask him to, or even voice displeasure at having to wait. Our servers have always been very pleasant and well trained. We have sat several times at the table the head trainer, whose name I forget, was responsible for and was training at. You could tell she was dedicated to ensuring her trainee learned and provided excellent service. With nothing really negative to say about Twin Peaks this location is definitely in our rotation of places to go for good food, great atmosphere, and excellent service.
I will start with this being my first time to Twin Peaks, my birthday and referred by a few friends, didn't start off well. The manager of the girls or whoever he was should have gone through everything with them before the doors open with the uniform check and ready to start having the customers greeted and start taking their orders right away instead of having to wait until all that was done making us wait. I was one of the first customers in the door and first order in for the day and as you can see from the picture, I ordered The Hangover burger and fries but I asked for sweet potato fries not the regular ones and you can see that I got regular fries with my burger and she had to go put in for what I asked for. I would expect maybe a mix up later in the day but not as soon as you open. Also girls kept walking by and ignoring customers and not looking at them. The waitress didn't even check back to see how I was doing while I was eating but instead was hanging out with the other girls by the door talking and I was not even done yet eating and she put the check on the table and said whenever I was ready to pay? What if I wanted to order something else? The only thing that was good I have to say was the burger, drink and sweet potato fries. I had this planned out for a number of weeks in advance to go on my birthday and this happened. Makes me not want to go back. The only person who did check to see if everything was ok was, I presume the manager, because he unlocked the door but he asked me from one booth over by the entrance to the kitchen. Not actually walking up to my table and asking me. Definitely in my opinion it didn't live up to the hype that I heard was such a good place to eat. Food yes, everything else, no. Then when I was leaving, not one of the girls who were hanging around by the entrance said Thank you, Have a nice day or Happy Easter or anything. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I have been working at different places where you have to deal with customers and people and even if I am having a good day or not, I always greet them coming in or leaving in a friendly manner. Not these girls. I even said Happy Easter to my waitress after she scooped up the money for the bill and told her I was all set and didn't get any response from her. She just kept walking away.
Wow!!! Melanie, this girl is great! She goes above and beyond every time I come in. She's inviting gracious and friendly, day in and day out. She's always wearing a smile which compliments the already great atmosphere. Her fresh inviting personality is why she's my favorite and will continue to frequent my local twin peaks. This girl is gold. Make her a manager already!!
Welp, driving by and seeing the sign for cold beer at 29 degrees caught my attention thinking how it is not frozen? Must be related to the alcohol content changing the freezing point. Then I thought my wife who is a chemistry professor would be interested in this as well. Little did I know that twin peaks is essentially the Lumberjack version of hooters, which aligned with my wife being the only female customer in the joint at lunchtime. That being said the food was amazing!!! I would recommend it for the food, would not recommend taking your wife necessarily for lunch :)
Had lunch with a friend of mine there, We had wings and fish tacos. Food was excellent services quick. The beer is kept at a 29° when it reaches your table very cold. Kid friendly. Prices were reasonable. Definitely going back.
Natasha gave exceptional service behind the bar! She was very attentive, very enganging! She recommended the lobster rolls which were phenomenal! Also drinks were great! Love to that I will be coming back!
We had Natasha as a bartender , and she was phenomenal! She was attentive and fixed any issues we had within minutes. We also had a great time with small talk, and she made our visit to Twin Peaks a bunch of fun. Will definitely be coming back and requesting her as a bartender!
The kids joke that it’s aka Lumberjack Hooters. ???? This was my second time here and the food was good both times. Lots of screens for watching sports. Service was good first time, even though the place was slammed. Last time there service was pretty bad, she forgot to put in one of the meal orders, then took a long time getting it in late and out, as well as very SLOW on the beers while waiting. The third food item came out after the other two had already eaten. Thankfully the double stack brisket nachos were very large and were shared taking the burger home. Prob just an off night for Sxxxh, so we’ll definitely be back again.
The jalapeño flatbread and double stack brisket nachos we had were both good bar food meals, and good for sharing. Sometimes you eat then take pictures when you’re hungry…
