I called to get a price on changing a part he instantly asked if I'm shopping around for a price, well of course I am any normal person calls around to get the best price right. Then proceeds to tell me hes not interested and that he has better customers than that...alright then buddy I'll never do business with you ever again. I can definitely find a better mechanic than you.
I needed some repairs and i have a budget i need to fallow so when i called waltz garage the employee or owner I should say asked me if I was shopping around for the best price and I replied yes well apparently he didnt like my answer and told me to go elsewhere and that he has better customers than that! I was apauled as well as embarrased by his razor sharp tongue! Im sorry I am a single parent and dont have all kinds of money for auto repairs! If youre looking for a fair price and friendly service I dont recommend Waltz Garage/ Twin Lake auto!
