The entrance lacks signage, so expect to end up in the wrong reception.
Try to avoid coming by car as car park full in working hours.
Limited places to lock your bike to at the hospital.
Been there several times nice staff pleasant and accomodating and usually on time with appointments
This people are so useless about walk-in.
I woke at 7am just to be there on time at 9am when there was already a number of people waiting.
After 2 min the nurse called “Emily” came out to tell us that she can take a number of people inside and the rest of us to come on Monday?
Really?
Why they don’t write that on the website how many people for walk-ins are able to come so we won’t waste our time to come there for no reason.
What if I’m not well?
I can’t wait 2 weeks for when they are free for appointments.
It’s clear, they don’t care for no one and they don’t do this job because they like, they do this job because they have to.
And the toilets are dirty too.
Shame on uk hospitals.
This country is going down.
I went here for a dermatology appointment. Very clean, big waiting room and I was seen quickly.
Was good . One star less because toilets was very dirty. In this Covid 19 time it's need to be cleaned more often.
A good parking area outside and very helpful nurses and doctors around
