One of your drivers on 2/5/24'on the 81 southbound exit 12 ramp at 715 ish am merged into oncoming traffic without looking and damn near hit my 90k wheelchair van at over the on exit ramp speed. Perhaps you may want to teach traffic laws so they don't knock a 6,000 wheelchair out of lock or kill someone there's no excuse for that driving
Walking my grandson to school, I was very concerned about him crossing at the cross walk due to the speed of your trucks. It is well marked on Rt. 38 in Dryden, it is a school zone and they disrespected the safety of our young people crossing, please slow down!
Drivers speeding past my house and noise disturbing my home at 3:02am.. I have them on multiple occasions speeding by and using their Jake break to cause much unnecessary noise. They are doing it multiple times a week now between 12-5am because I reported them to the company. I spoke with a guy saying he is Joe Tuzze.. He said he would talk to his drivers, on the first call.. When I recently had to call again, he said his drivers are allowed to use their Jake break for "safety" reasons... Tonight the driver wasn't speeding, he took his time to make as much noise as possible. He's a joke.. So are his drivers. Endangering people's lives and violating laws to harass someone they don't know. I have the trucks on video.. You can also view it on my Facebook page.
Just now on prospect street in binghamton ny one of your truck was seeding through a 15mph school zone. Not very safe at all.
Just captured one of your trucks doing at least 50mph in a 30mph residential neighborhood. What a dangerous driver.
