Tried for 4 days to get ahold of someone to plan my sons party for Saturday. Seems like there's only one person in the whole place who can make reservations and she's been mia almost a week now. Called multiple times per day and was told my number would be left for her to call. I was told she would be back that day every time i called but she was still out. They didnt even know when she would be back in. So now i havw to rush to figure out a plan. She came back today only to not get a call back. Called 3 times today and finally she calls back to say it's already been reserved for the whole weekend. Would highly recommend management to get someone else to do reservations for when she's mia again. Won't be using them again. If I could I wouldn't even leave a star.
Our family uses this facility for our family reunion every year. The dining hall is nice and spacious and the kids really enjoy playing basketball ball on the court. My only issue is that the dining hall was very hot when we arrived and there are many of us. Pre cooling the facility even an hour before any event would greatly be appreciated by all.
Not how it was when I was growing up. Can't feed bread to the ducks now even though we've been doing it for years. They say it's harmful to give them bread. Funny how things change. There's a machine to buy food if you wanna pay for it. Typical. Over all it's ok I guess. My son has fun and that's all that matters.
They would definitely benefit with some updates, as well as better staffing. I realize that this is a small town, and the rec center is not busy all the time, but having someone answering the phones or at the very least emails, when they're contacted about sports and things would be nice.
I love the park, but please fill up the duck feed holders.
Spring creek Golf is fun to play, especially for novice golfer and duffer as I am pay by monthly play all you want too.
The gym was hot every thing else was great
I help 2 ladies to the senior center there it is great they love Bingo
