Super place. I came with folks for lunch. Had three appetizers. The fried ravioli was quite good. The calamari was as good as it comes. The cheese sticks looked great, but the kids gobbled those down, claiming them the best they've had. Then we ordered pizza. It was excellent! You won't be disappointed. Crust was great and the toppings superb. If near here, make stopping here a must!
The food here is fantastic. The service is pleasant and helpful. Really a great place to come back to.

As of a few months ago, the Tuscan Grill reopened as The Maple Tree Inn Bistro.

Family owned restaurant. It's been in town for years. The father son duo that runs the kitchen does really great work. The fast food side of the menu is respectable but the italian dinner options are where it's at.
The food is always so good and everything has it's own distinctive flavor I love the atmosphere it's pleasant. I recommend trying this place out. P.S Have them make you a cherry coke with cherries you'll want one every time you come.
The waitress was really nice and service was great. She recommended the chicken parmesan sandwich and I gotta say it was indeed tasty. Definitely gonna re-visit very soon. Great place.
I've always loved this place. It's the secret Italian place in blue island. Me ex gf and I always went here. Was a hallmark of our relationship. But we're no longer together. That doesn't mean I don't keep going here. Their taste of Italy is great. Lol
Very quiet and cozy spot in Blue Island! My fiancé and I ordered the Tuscan Specialty Pizza and Chicken Alfredo, which came with a house salad(house dressing IS AMAZING) and bread as an incentive lol. We enjoyed every single bite! waitress Geena was awesome! We WILL BE RETURNING!
GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE! Manicotti is to die for, the ricotta cheese filling was incredible. Homemade sauce AMAZING. My lunch date had a burger and it was just as good!
