Have an account with them since the late 90’s and they started charging me plate pay instead of the account. There is more than enough on the account balance to cover any fees. Transponder quit working on us so beware! If it quits on you they will charge you plate pay at a higher rate and fines/fees even if you have an account with them in good standing for decades. Heck they even sent the plate pay bill to the same address on the account. Their system should flag this issue when a transponder quits do plate pay goes towards your good account.
Their system is evidently antiquated and in need of competent service providers and updates.
In essence they will hold on to your money and when their system fails they use that opportunity for financial gain by fining the end user. Don’t pay? Lose your DL… *EXTORTION*
Accidentally got off 40 and had to drive 20 miles to turn around then 20 miles back and tolls both ways. The need to put a turn around right after the 40 off ramp. The road wasn't bad. For a prison.

Had a floating trailer axle so 4 axles on ground...they charged for 5 at one plaza...always remind them or they'll overcharge yoo.
The young gentleman working today was very kind and had a huge smile on his face!!!
Very rude employees, especially to ppl who dont drive through tolls all the time. We accidentally went through the wrong side and short hair elderly lady was very rude.
