I just used Turnpike Auto for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend. Mark is great, I dropped my car off in the morning and I was able to pick it up in the afternoon. He charged a fair price and I feel like I can trust him.
Never go here. Everyone who has gone here can all agree that he is rude, has the worst attitude, and gives no care to customer service. My first time, i gave him the benefit of doubt, but the next time i went he ended up SCAMMING me. He’s an angry old man that needs to just retire.
There are much better places to go to then here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Made an appointment on Tuesday to bring my car Thursday night - car ended up busting the serpentine belt Wednesday afternoon. I had my car towed to Turnpike Auto and Mark thankfully took my car in. Was expecting not to get my car back until Friday at the earliest - he called me around 12:30pm on Thursday saying my car's fixed. Super quick! And he charged a fair market rate for the services performed (replaced AC compressor and serpentine belt, recharged AC and filled with freon). I'm thrilled to have found a fantastic mechanic!
I Highly Recommend Turnpike Auto!!! Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. My 2012 Acura runs like new! Mark took the time to walk me through exactly what was done on my car. He showed me all of the parts removed and gave me comparisons of what the healthy part should look like and now does, because of Mark being a fantastic mechanic! I cannot thank him enough for fixing my vehicle; it is now safe to drive again and I am thankful for Mark’s professionalism and expertise.
Mark is completely reliable, honest and knows what he's doing. He took care of my car when I had an emergency and he stayed late to help me. He's fair and trustworthy.
