The worst place to do business. I brought my truck to have the transmission rebuilt 12/5/23 and was it would take a week. Checked back with the on 12/8/23 to make sure we were still on schedule was told they are putting on the lift now and it would be ready 12/14/23. Called on 12/12/23 (as I am renting a car until it is done.) to make sure then was told it would not be ready 12/19/23 or 12/22/23. This whole was thinking they were working on it as of 12/12/22 it is still setting in the same place in the parking lot where I parked it. Not very honest people, not honest at all. Bad, bad place.
We were on vacation heading to Denver when something on the highway cut a line on the transmission and it drained all over the place. We got a tow and the line was replaced after a few days wait in Kansas. I didn’t trust the transmission completely at that point. You really can’t a lot of the time when something like that happens, so we immediately headed back home to Mississippi. We made it to Van Buren, Arkansas, limping I might add. It failed completely on the off ramp to Van Buren so we called a tow truck. Fortunately the driver recommended Turner Brothers Transmission ,and after dropping us off at the motel with our dog he took the truck over to them. We rented a car at the airport and waited for what I expected to be the bad news. It needed a complete rebuild. The cost was minimal and the work was excellent. It took me a few weeks to write this down because we were heading into an election here. Those seldom work out exactly the way you want. So I’ve been driving a fair amount and the truck has never worked so smoothly!
Turner Brothers came highly recommended, and for good reason. They’re epic. The price, the work and the communication were excellent. I highly recommend them as well!
food was good , napkins are a issue. the help seemed preoccupied with their goings on!!
Mike and his crew did an awesome job of fixing my Jeep. After being to two other shops for months that couldn’t find the issue. Mike and his guys spent the time it took to hunt down the electrical problem that was causing the transmission to be messed up. But they stayed with it and got it done. And was very fair on price vs the amount of time spent finding the issue. It’s much appreciated! Highly recommend!
These guys saved me 4k. I love the honesty and integrity that they have. In the future if I ever were to need them, I would most definitely use them.
Great company and stand behind their work
We were really in a fix...900 miles from home when the trans on our 2016 Silverado totally died. Fortunately, we were able to limp to Turner Brothers shop, where Maverick and his guys fast-tracked our job and took great care of us.
These guys got me right in and had my truck going in about a week. Truck shifts out great and I would recommend them for anyone with transmission problems. They know what they are doing.
