I was able to drop off my car Tuesday afternoon with no advance notice and had it back in the driveway working on Friday.
After seeing the dealer and Dearborn Total Automotive across the street for the same issue, I would go back to Turks first. They listened to me and reviewed the previous paper work (rather than ignoring me and diagnosing from scratch).
Professional and clean place. No complaints so far, seems to have fixed what the dealer couldn’t!
I cannot say how much I appreciate this place! I originally went to a different mechanic that tried getting me to pay over $3000 for work that didn’t need done. Then I found out about Ray’s and not only did they seem genuine and honest but they were thorough and did the work in a timely manner. My ride is now purring like a kitten once more and I am super happy that they did an excellent job! Plus they can do financing on repairs if needed to which I don’t see at many other auto repair shops. You won’t be disappointed if you go here!
