Great pub. Juke box, racing, footy and great atmosphere. Russ abbotts there most nites lol. Really nice bar staff also. Ok. Il have my free pint noo ta.

Sometimes a pub like this is exactly what you need. No themes or fancy decor just clean, decent prices, good staff and always a chance of an interesting conversation with a stranger.
I just love this place! Margaretann and Fiona are so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they both lead a great team and run a tight ship. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm and friendly. The regulars are a delight and welcoming. The snug is just that, a snug. Cosy and relaxing and there are plenty of tvs throughout showing sport, just what you'd expect from a pub called the Turf! Again hats off to Margaretann and Fiona. They both go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble.
Good pub for a wee day with your pals
This is an oldie type pub of a bygone age. Central bar, limited seating, although they have a snug, which was in use on my visit. Staff worth very stand off-ish, so only had one drink. Loud jukebox, good tunes but loud. With it being Scottish, English is hard to understand. No orange juices available as a drink or as a mixer.
Popped in here before going to football at Meadow Park, great pub, friendly staff and customers

35ml measures. Also opens at 7am if you're that way inclined. Staff are very friendly and engaging, and there's never a dull moment with customers. Entertainment ranges from Karaoke to poker nights.
