Used it for 25 years now and then. Aways enjoyed the food but can be more pricey than others. The one thing i don't like is the inconsistent portion sizes. Some time its full while others can be under or half full. Not good for paying customers. Ordered this at weekend. Its been full in past but this is low. They said was shrinkage. NO its not. Must check more.
By far the best and most delicious Chinese food anywhere I know in the area and ive tried all the other local ones. Also freshly cooked food. Staff are really friendly and I look forward to a Chinese takeaway treat as often as we can. It's very reasonably priced and I can't recommend it enough. Tung Shing is no.1
Used to be very very good about 4-5 years ago. Now it’s just plain awful. The food is extremely overpriced, the portion sizes are a joke, and the food quality has taken a nosedive. The bbq ribs taste absolutely awful, chicken/beef curry taste like what I’d imagine a cheap microwave meal to taste like, and everything else seems to follow the same patten. I was kinda happy the portion sizes weren’t enough to feed a small child as the almost 30 pounds worth didn’t make a dent in my kitchen bin when I threw it all away.
They need to get back to how they once were those not so many years ago when the food was actually good. Now it’s just feels like a almost scam.
Very poor, staff very rude. Food was poor we had to bin some of it and items have been missed off. First time going and won’t be returning.
Lovely food very large portions my wife is very fussy and asked for no peas no onion etc in her meals spoke to lovely lady at the counter called Megan who was very helpful in accommodating us, highly recommended will use again, very friendly staff.
Have seen about three generations of Tung Sting but the current members of family in the takeaway seem to be the least suited to work.
Every time I walk past when shop is open it is unusual to see anyone in there.
Food is nowhere near as good as it used to be when the kids parents and grandparents ran the place.
Maybe they should come back and leave the washing up to the kids .
Food would definitely improve.

Really friendly staff, meal was wonderful. They even added extra spices when requested. Amazing. Love the food would defo recommend ????
