Make a reservation if you want to just walk in. It's super easy on the app. Thao is amazing! Normally I just pick "any" when I make a reservation. But she's cut my hair 2 out of the last 3 times I've been in. I'll be requesting her from now on. She's fantastic. Quick and easy. It's the only place I'll go for a cut now.
Place is nice peaceful, went in for a Beard trim, stylists was very helpful an was very curtious an wel explanatory on what was that I needed. I'll will be back for future services.
Absolutely horrible haircut... I gave every single instructuon I could and not only did she not listen or ask questions if she was confused, she completely made everything uneven like a drunk child did my hair. Back to Boardroom Salon I go. Don't get me started on my beard... I said even it out not cut more than half of it off.
Poor customer service. Made an appointment online and was hardly greeted. No communication. Waited over 15 mins. And walked out.
I’m sure they have great stylists. But what’s the point of an appointment if you are still waiting to be called 30 mins after? Especially when they are communicating and other walk ins pass you. Super frustrating experience.
First off the manager is SO great. She is always extremely kind and great to talk to. Every time I come here they are quick to offer me a drink, get me in a chair, and get me checked out. Ive had such enjoyable conversations with all three stylists I use. This location definitely has it together and you can consider them “on top of their game” to say the very least. I love coming here not because I walk out looking better than when I walked in, but because I can say the staff truly creates a friendly environment.
Lovely ladies took great care of my man! He needed some beard advice and Stephanie helped him with a trim and gave some tips on how we can maintain it. Great deal, thanks!
Absolutely worst hair cut in my life..SPECIFICALLY did exactly what I said NOT to do! Can not believe they let you have a franchise. I started with Tune up 7 years ago on 1488. Absolutely horrible location. Voiced my displeasure and the “manager” just sat in her chair and looked at me like oh well! Great clips would be better!
