I’ve been going to tune up for a few years now and I will only see Chelsea (Not to say others that work there aren’t any good.) She is always in great spirits and has always been professional every time I go in for a hair cut. She always makes me feel very welcomed and is awesome every time she cuts my hair. She knows what I want every time I explain my self to her, very briefly (because I like to switch it up from time to time) she definitely is a true gem in her industry and as long as I’m in Austin I will only see her.
Brian did a great job cutting my hair. Place has a cool vibe with friendly staff. Free drinks with service. I will be a return customer
If I could give less than 1 star I would have. Terrible behavior by Chelsea. I booked appointment online 2 days back and also called 2 times and spoke with Chelsea on call to confirm my appointment with her as I didn't get any email/text confirmation after booking (Issue with their website btw). But still when I arrived she rejected saying I do not have appointment with her. Additionally, she was using the reason as she hasn't cut my hair before so she doesn't know what I want. But so what? It's always first time for any new barber. She didn't welcome and ask for any drinks or anything which she was happily doing for other customers after me. It was really unprofessional behavior from Chelsea. Not going again to this Salon for sure.
Chelsea has been my stylist for 5 years. No doubt I will never go anywhere else. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and professional as well. If I could give 6 stars I would. Check em out!
Bre was absolutely fantastic! She was very professional. As a walk in she made me feel like I was a VIP and listened very carefully to the way I wanted my hair cut and did it perfectly. Will absolutely be coming back and requesting her
I’ve enjoyed getting my hair/beard taken care of at Tune-Up by Chelsea for years now. I set up my appointment on the app and have a drink or two on my short wait. Become a VIP for an even better experience!
Their online booking can be a little glitchy if you want to book too far out. Otherwise, great experience. They offer a drink right when you get in. Chelsea is very nice & give a great haircut.
This is my go-to location in Austin for a quality haircut, friendly service, and a refreshing beverage. Though walk-ins are always welcome, I would suggesting booking online. Chelsea is awesome!
