Very helpful staff with great knowledge. Prices are very keen and always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Ian is very knowledgeable. Always worth a visit for parts for your vehicle. Ian is a very good parts man and knows his stuff. If they don't have the parts in stock, they will get them for you at a very competitive price. Emma is also very good and is learning from Ian very quickly. Emma also does the deliveries for the company. Well worth a visit, plenty of stock.
Tuneup is moving premises next week to the Gelli Industrial Estate, which is about 400 to 500 yards away from where they are now. It will be a much better place when set up with parking available outside. Good luck to Ian and Emma. Great availability of parts. Much better parking where they are now situated. Ian always fits the good quality wiper blades that you buy from them, which is extremely helpful. Ian also fits them FOC. Great service
Always 10 out 10 when visiting and gets the parts you need quickly if not in stock , won't go anywhere else's for my parts
What can I say? Excellent customer service, very accommodating, attentive and actually listens to make sure that you are given the right tools/parts for your vehicle.
The prices are very competitive, they take time to look and sort out the best for myself the customer.
Would I go again? Without a second thought, yes!
