Simon and his lads are absolutely amazing mechanics and as friendly and helpful as can be. And unlike some other places do not overcharge or price for anything unnecessary. Would 100% definitely recommend
Since moving to Liverpool, I have relied on big-name garages. There, you get a "business" experience and feel like a "customer" in a very detached sense - you are often talking to somebody on reception about your vehicle, and often have very little contact with the mechanics who are actually servicing or repairing it.
By contrast, going to Tune and Service, you do not feel like a customer but instead you feel like a valued individual. Any issue I have had with my car has been swiftly diagnosed and fixed, with clear, helpful, friendly communication throughout. It is clear that you are dealing with experienced mechanics, and the business is run entirely by Simon and his two sons.
Should you trust this garage? Absolutely.
Are the prices reasonable? Perhaps a little too reasonable.
Should you use this garage? Honestly, I wouldn't use anywhere else.

I've been using this garage for about 8 years and I have to say it's great.. I've booked in work and dropped car off, I've called in with problems and simon has helped me or my wife there and then!! Nothing seems too much trouble

Horrible horrible horrible experience, the staff was so rude and unprofessional. If you think about going here, call in advance, you might be surprised they close 3 hours before their advertised scheduled opened hours. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, there’s plenty of better garages in Liverpool
