For bus driver 4 I take the bus all the time and this situation has made me not want to take the bus
Some girl and her boyfriend and her friend were sitting in front of me and were vaping out the window and it was throwing the smoke back in my face and when I was getting off the bus she puposefully was taking her time and threatened to punch me
Some bus drivers can be rude as hell but I don't let it get to me cause I don't ride them a lot just when I need to. Plus the transit looks like it can use some cleaning up
Drivers have been really nice and easy to work with they definitely have bad days but I’ve seen them get treated pretty poorly by riders so i don’t judge them for it. There’s definitely a large homeless population but that goes for the city in general all together I get a pretty good experience I do wish they’d fix the time on the app tho I think there currently working on it so I really don’t have any complaints other than wait times but it’s cheaper than a taxi so????????
Really annoyed right now. Just left the transit center on foot because the bus driver said he can only take three people and seniors took priority. I'm 7 months pregnant and it's almost 90 degrees outside I didn't want to stand outside waiting for another half hour for the next bus just to maybe be told I couldn't get on then either. Seems like he could have taken two seniors and the pregnant lady that's just my opinion
Although the Tulare bus services has done a better job at staying on schedule, especially with the new schedule allowing the buses to run a quarter before and after the hour, so students and those who work in Visalia don't miss the 11x, they MUST do better with providing buses that can carry bikes to run the entire day for every single route so people like me can get home as they desire ( by bus instead of bike) especially when it's late at night. Truly hoping that you don't just read my request but grant my request. Thank you
Buses are not being cleaned during day trips with all the passengers in and out during co- vid pandemic. Drivers were not wearing masks from March till end of June! No hand sanitizers for passengers or safety procedures! When asking office personnel & GM, response was they don't have to provide!

How can the city allow this? Why put DRIVERS & PASSENGERS at risk? God be with them ♥️.
So I called dial-a-ride and I spoke to a lady by the name of Terry. 1) She's very rude 2) she has really bad phone manners!! A little FYI Terry if you don't like your job find another one. Remember you chose that job! Have a little more respect!!! Last but not least at least sound like your happy.
Tulare needs to step it up. I'm sitting here having to use the restroom and they won't unlock it because other people misuse them. Hmm... How's this my problem?
