I got this for takeout. This is next to the noodle shop I went all the time. I wanted to get some takeout for later. First, they speak only Spanish. If you don’t speak Spanish, you will need Google Translate. But because there are only a few options, you can just point at the food and order. I ordered yellow rice, pork, and ribs. It came with a salad for about 10. Pretty good portion size. I think the pork rib is good, tender and moist with good flavor. The pork is a little dry but eatable. Flavor for both items are on point. The yellow rice is very tasty. You can eat that by itself. This place is great for a quick lunch. I will probably go back if I want to eat quickly.
Really good food and great service, the a prices also good and affordable. Always good food and great value. One of my favorite spots
First time there, owner seemed nice. Food was great with large portions and nice clean restaurant.
So inexpensive but really tasty! I’ve been back a few times and the food never disappoints.
Unfortunately, my group and I got bad experience here with the food and atmosphere of this place. The food quality was not good and the price was expensive.
The place itself doesn't look with enough salubrity but fortunately no one in my group got sick.
In the favor of this place I have to say that one person of my group found good his food " mangú" that comes with fried cheese, fried eggs ????, Dominican salami and Dominican "chicharrón".
My first time ordering here they forgot to add most of my food in the bag, today was my second time ordering from here and I didn’t get the correct items. Don’t waste your time.
Food is excellent and I love how clean and neat they are. One thing I look at in general is how clean everything is at a restaurant because there's no way I'm going to ingest any food from a nasty dirty place. ???? I truly love this place.
I really liked this place. I hope that more places serving healthier fare, as this restaurant does, would open up in Lawrence. Most of the Dominican food places in this area, while yummy, focus on fried food and rice. These are available here, but also some healthier options like a mini salad bar and fresh vegetables that are cooked but still have a bit of crunch. There were a couple of whole grain salads as well. I will definitely go back there next time I'm getting a haircut in the neighborhood.
