Best smoke shop in town by far, great customer service from all of the nice people who work there. I enjoy how knowledgable they are on their products, any questions I have are answered. They have cheap and great smelling insense as well as tapestries. Thank you all at Tsunami Smoke Shop!

The first review I see talks about Rude customer service.. well.. I have to ditto that! I decided on a i joy disposable vape as the girl was busy and still at the cash register after 5 minutes.. I ofcourse brought the iJoy to the cash register to purchase. She(LilRedHead) grabs it & throws it under the counter and says "sorry you grabbed it yourself & that's considered theft & now I can't sell it to you". I said "well if it's theft then call the police" of course she would not. Then I grabbed a lighter on the counter and said is this theft too?? Absolutely Ridiculous! the owners should be embarrassed!! Update!! I went to their competition Vapor outlet they even let me grab it myself!+

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I would suggest you go to literally any other head shop in town so you can be treated with respect when you have a question about their products. Ive also had a friend who has experienced poor customer service and rude employees there. Respect goes a long ways, I’ll never return to this store again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry a wide variety of glass and decorative items. The prices are fair and they also make E juice. Its only 3 ingredients. They aspire to have as few extra chemicals in their products as possible in the store. My choice for smoking needs.
