Came here with a Groupon voucher for alignment. The owner did a great job and explained in detail other things I needed with no pressure. I recommend this place because my daughter's vehicle is driving so much better.
I saw the advertised price on Groupon, and I bought the offer. The offer said an additional fee for Large size cars but I never expected it to be 4 times the offer ($125)
I think the offer is misleading.
We came in to get a front end alignment, the man named Raul noticed that I had a bad wheel bearing in the driver's rear. That was critical to find because we didn't know where the noise was coming from. Long story short they are helping us get the right parts so that the safety of the vehicle isn't compromised. I'm glad my wife found them on Groupon!!!
My experience at TSM was very good. The Mgr, Mr. Raul was very professional and courteous. I brought my vehicle in for maintenance and was very satisfied with the service. I will bring it in again for my next service maintenance. I definitely recommend using TSM for your vehicle issues.
People are nice but I'm not happy with the work. The alignment was supposed to be simple due to new tires but it's worse now. The wheel has to stay to the left for the car to go straight. And this is after I went back the next day for them to recheck.
And both times there was a stain in the car from the mechanics grease, one time on the door sill and 2nd time on the seat itself.
Not good workmanship.

Thank you to Raul and his techs. They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose the wobble in my car. My car looks beautiful and most importantly, it’s safe to drive again!

BEWARE!!!
Found this shop on Gorupon where they perform alignment and rotate tires. They had a reasonably priced alignment service. I made an app, for 10:15am and showed up early. They didnt have much traffic so got to my car right away. Alignment took about 30-45min which wasnt bad. They told me they couldn't rotate tires cause my rear tires were too worn. The girl at desk notified me my rear shocks were out and needed new tires and quoted me $800 for everything. Could tell they were trying to scam me so just wanted to get out of there. (My tires are new and have less than 10kmiles) Paid the girl for alignment and left. Got on the freeway and my car was pulling harder to the right than when I first got there. Took it right back and let them know of the issue and also let them know the tech hand'nt rotated tires...They informed me the tires after an alignment can sometimes pull which also was understable so they rotated tires only in the front. ***(here's the bad part)*** The tech left the lot to test drive car and when he gave me my car back once he got back I noticed my driver side window open about a half inch (was previously closed) so as I was driving off, I rolled the window up the rest of the way, I heard grinding inside of my door and then my window fell inside of the door. ALL the gears, cables and track to roll window up/down were destroyed! So AGAIN turned around and this time asked for the owner to come look at the ny window that just a couple minutes earlier was perfectly fine. Explained to him that there was absolutely no issue with it EVER and all he did was laugh and say "well it's good that it broke her and we can get you a good quote on it"!!!....Moral of story: Be careful at this lot! This is one of those cheap mechanics shops you hear about where you take your car in for one thing and miraculously something else goes wrong with it shortly after and needs more costly repairs....Beware!!!.......Update: Take a look at the passive aggressive response the ownership sent in response to my review. Will attest to their lack of professionalism...As I said before....BEWARE!!...Dont make the mistake I did in trusting them with your expensive means of transportation.
