Great service. I did a walk in today because I needed a haircut badly, and they did not disappoint. I will defiantly make an appointment next time because I did feel bad about walking in. I tried something different with my hair and they did a great job I definitely will be back for another haircut. I am not from the area so I was going through google to find one and this one had really good reviews and now I know why. My barber was great although English was not his first language and his vocabulary was slim, they he did try his best to understand I give props and he did an amazing job with my head. He sprayed something on my hair afterwards which smelt really good and it wasn't hairspray I really wanna find out what it was so I can go and buy it. All in all, 5 out of 5!!
Looked for a barbershop shop in South Jersey, Mays Landing area when I moved here in July 2023.
Found Truth Be Told Barbershop. Have been coming here ever since. Cory and his staff including but not limited to Stacie, Chris and others never disappoint.
I rotate biweekly between Cory, Stacie and Chris, and they all do an outstanding job! Cheers to TRUTH BE TOLD BARBERSHOP!

I just wanted to say my barber got sick mid haircut. Jarred stepped right up cut my hair and a more difficult haircut at that! The whole team worked together to take care of the rest of the clientele without complaining. Stacy, also a barber in the shop really stepped up as well facilitating adjustments for customers and rallying the team. I was extremely grateful and appreciative with the haircut ????♂️ it was sharp! Will definitely go back to this barbershop!

Haven't been there for a cut yet, but I visited looking for a new barber. I had a conversation with Stacy and Shariff from Truth Be Blessed. Both were very nice and understood my hair needs. I'm looking forward to getting my hair cut there in the near future. ????????????
Chris gave me a fresh cut and shave. Couldn't ask for a better one. Good atmosphere, everyone was welcoming and the prices are reasonable. THERE IS PARKING BEHIND THE BUILDING.
Barber with the dreads needs to learn something called customer service and how to talk to customers. Rude on phone and rude in person. Will never recommend anyone to go to this place. Only would accept cash payment. Seemed very prejudice. Not welcoming at all.
*Let me say first the owner Cory is phenomenal from what I have heard and this situation should not reflect on him but his employee *My partner took my son in for a haircut first time taking him there and pretty sure the guys name is Jarred he called my son a brat and a crybaby !! He was extremely rude because my son said OW (he’s FIVE) and said he was getting annoyed with the both of them because she asked him not to talk to my son like that. The owner resolved the issue and had to finish off his haircut because he was rude and didn’t even blend it right but will never be going back unless Jarred is fired you don’t talk to a customer like that especially a child. I couldn’t believe being told what happened all for my son trying to get a haircut and that’s so unprofessional. All we were on search was for a new hair artist who could do good work and would have been a loyal customer. He’s lucky I wasn’t there.
The guys in there are really nice. The prices aren’t listed on their board in the lobby area. I had a low fade deep part cut and the guy Jared was legit. He took good care of me. My friend was with me who got an undercut and was charged $35 as well. The undercut wasn’t even clean.
