We dropped my daughter's car here to repair a blown engine. He had it over a month. Failed to return calls to warranty company. Failed to respond to adjuster, so the company closed the claim. He claimed he had an injury to his hand and couldn't work on it. Caused our claim to be closed and denied. We sent a tow truck to pick it up and move to another company because the warranty is only good for another 2 weeks. He refused to give us the keys or allow the tow truck to take the car because he wanted paid for the Tow and his "time." Yet, he FAILED to get it worked on, he failed to communicate with the insurance company and caused them to close the claim and still wants paid for a tow and time even though we now have to take ADDITIONAL expenses and RUSH to get this moved to another shop that can RUSH service. AVOID at all costs!
I Have been going to Trujillo's auto repair and he is a great mechanic and man! I have had a lot done to my cars and they ran great after going to the shop! Great service! I definitely recommend!
Neighborhood shop that does what is asked of them without nickel and diming their customers. I will definitely use them again when I’m in town and need service.
