I, like others, have experienced a driver for this company driving reckless. I was cut off in a roundabout, of all places, just this morning. Had the driver pulled out in front of me just a second later, I would’ve t-boned them. It’s absurd to see a transportation company with such careless drivers! Especially since the impact would’ve been on the driver’s side! I wouldn’t suggest anyone do business with the company. It’s clear that safety isn’t a priority to the drivers. I’ve included a photo of the van that cut me off. If I encounter this sort of careless disregard for the safety of others on the road again, I’ll be reporting the company to the proper governmental agencies. If the owners won’t take these reviews seriously, I’m sure the city and state will

The masked person who drives the black van speeds up and down my residential subdivision streets daily. Kids are walking to bus stops, and standing in the roadway. People are backing out of driveways.
I would never trust this person to drive my family member safely to their destination.
Would absolutely never recommend anyone use this service. Was driving down 64 towards 95 south and they were tailgating everyone and swerving in and out of traffic going well over 80 when they had a clearing. An accident waiting to happen with this transportation service
Would be scared to death to use this service. Woman driving a black van on I-95 southbound today is tailgating and weaving in and out of all three lanes.
Saw two of their vans within five minutes both driving extremely recklessly on I 95/64 in downtown rva.

First Off Trueheart I Guess Have A Contract With Chesterfield County Transporting Special Needs Kids And Taking Them To Summer School.From Day 1 It Was Problems After Problems. Trueheart Picked My Son Up From Home Late But What Straw That Broke The Camel's Back Was Today They Forgot To Pick My Son Up From School. Please Save Yourself The Trouble And Head Ache. And I Hope They Are Reading This. I Will Not Be Stoping Here... No Stars From Me
