Shower management has to be swifter than it is. I've been here since a day.... needed to shower at 4PM, waited for 45 minutes.... 2 customers ahead of me and 3 after.... all of a sudden, all 5 showers opened up.... Next morning, I woke up early at 4:45 AM.... showers empty but not available... waited 15 minutes again ????. Drivers are mostly on a tight schedule for pickups or delivery, but their times are not valued.
I read a lot of unpleasant comments about this place and wondered if those people who are complaining visited the same pilot truck stop that I’m currently at …

- staff members has a wonderful attitude
- the rest rooms are plenty and clean
- the shower facilities are also clean
- the waiting period wasn’t that bad
- variety of food choices & snacks & beverages
- competitive gas prices
- plenty of parking spots
- the place is clean inside and outside
- WiFi was a little spotty but that’s okay
If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would have. I even talked with the evening manager (Mark) to congratulate him. I’ve seen worse and this place was 10 out of 10.
Clean showers and bathrooms with good food nearby. Showers are automated so go inside when u book it. Plenty of parking but the lot is pretty gross with trash and there’s tons of cars and bikes zooming around the truck lot for some odd reason
Excellent service and very large parking.
Be sure to stay off the street, you might get a $200 parking ticket. Stay on private property. Pilot is usually full at night making it hard to find a spot
No complaints,has a great place to eat at outpost restaurant and pilots clean with friendly staff. Lots of parking spaces
Always great for snacks and gas or even a restroom stop!
Nice big lot. Good food within walking distance, Pilot is right there with showers and laundry..
