This establishment is what it means to be a small town family business. They treat myself and all my coworkers who go to their shop like family! Always willing to adjust their schedule to meet your needs. I appreciate them so much ❤️❤️
My family and I were on vacation over the holiday and my heat shield came loose causing a lot of noise …and a fear it would fall off while traveling on the expressway. Hoping to find a quick temporary fix to get us home safe and without incident…. Shannon at Troy’s was the only place open or even willing to squeeze us in to get us back on the road. She also recommended a great spot for lunch within walking distance while we waited. The charge was above and beyond reasonable to do this quick fix that I insisted they accept more than the invoice. Thank you Shannon, and Troy’s, for being exceptional in service and willing to help us out in a pinch.
I was on vacation and my truck just wouldn’t start. Troy’s towed my car into their shop, found out it needed a new starter. And we were out of there in 3 hours! No more issues with my truck. Very happy with my service and highly recommend them!

JUST HAD MY EQUINOX REPAIRED AT TROY'S TRANSMISSION AND AUTO REPAIR.
TROY AND SHANNON DID A GREAT JOB OF FIXING THE ISSUE WITH MY TIMING CHAIN. QUOTED A PRICE AND HIT IT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, EVEN THOUGH OTHER THINGS WERE TAKEN CARE OF ALSO. IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE OLDER EQUINOX WITH CLOSE TO 100K MILES,
YOU MAY WANT TO HAVE THEM CHECK IT OUT. CAUGHT MINE JUST IN TIME. GREAT SERVICE! THANKS FOLKS.

Everyone there was very friendly, helpful and willing to help me out. The main office is a little small but they have a couple bays to get your car done. No worries here.
