Troy was so quick and professional about repairing my windshield. I had something pretty substantial hit my windshield and left a crack about 5-7". He was able to get me an appointment the next morning I just left my car there overnight and picked it up after work. He is very detail oriented. I think the windshield he used was better than the original because my dashboard doesn't get near as hot as it used to.
Trust this shop with your car! I've been to Troy's twice, once for a rock chip repair and then again for a new windshield. His work has been top notch both times. I used to work at a car dealership in service and I saw windshields replaced all the time. The detail and time that was put into my replacement today was far above dealership quality. I don't see the windshield head, he put my dash camera back in place and routed the cable around the inside of the window. I was also missing a bolt in my headlight that he replaced for me. Great guy, great shop and the waiting room is cozy. Price was really great also. 10/10

We took our 2016 Ford Explorer in to have the windshield done and not only did he finish it quickly, he was more than willing to explain the care of the windshield as well as issue we might encounter that he has seen on similar vehicles. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Troy's to anyone needing a windshield.
