cute lil bridge! doesn't have history like ither bridges in the area, which i enjoy reading.
but I'm sure it's similar anyways
This was a chance stop to see a covered bridge on the way to our destination. We happened upon a VFW post right next door to the bridge where we got to see a helicopter and a tank. Worth a visit if you are in the area. A very nice bridge with some awesome craftsmanship. They certainly don’t make stuff like this anymore.
Without a doubt, a unique property. Google has us take the wrong turn, but it was an easy fix. We parked at the American Legion and felt comfortable exploring the area. Bonus is a tank, a helicopter, the old Stoyestown train station, and a one-room school house. There must be a ton of history on what seems like no more than an acre of land.
From the road, or the VFW parking lot, this is a very nice looking covered bridge. If you walk through the bridge to the opposite end you’ll notice the landscape is in dire need of upkeep. Definitely worth a stop! The bridge itself is in fantastic shape.
Also mere feet away from an army helicopter and tank at the American Legion.
A cool bridge to visit I highly recommend doing it
Beautiful covered bridge!
I love to see the covered bridges because they are things from the past
