Clearly, you are not paying your employees enough money. Allow me to explain why. At one time I was visiting your location on a daily basis to get a smoothie. On two separate occasions your employees had to close the store and request customers to do online orders after driving to your location. What is so disturbing is how hard they work every time I come to that location it's very busy. It's clear that there is a problem with this location and you honestly make other locations look horrible. I came to your location today Saturday and your employees were standing outside waving people away and requesting that they order online how bad is that? When I asked why the same reason as before not enough employees.
You either need to take down the request to tip when buying a smoothie or you need to pay them more money because it is not the responsibility of the consumer to pay your employees good wages especially when we're giving you business. So I can understand why this location is run so poorly.
That being said there is another location 5 mi from your location and I went to that location and the customer service and the process of simply wanting to buy a smoothie was very easy. I suggest as a consumer you either pay your employees more money and hire more employees or just close down because either way your location is pathetic.
First time visiting this location, and it was nothing memorable, but not terrible either. The smallest lobby I have ever encountered with this chain, only had two tables in the lobby. Overall not the best preparation of the food that I have gotten before. As stated above, nothing to write home about, but not terrible either.

I placed an online order, when the dasher dropped off my order he did not have my smoothie, I called this location SEVERAL TIMES THIS MORNING & NO ONE PICKED UP. Not satisfied at all, please spare yourself & go to a different location.
I ordered for delivery on 04/06/2024 via the app. And after the delivery driver contacted me saying they were lost and down the street and I gave them my apt address and to call me back. The delivery was cancelled without notice to me! I have not been refunded and I can’t get someone on the phone to assist with this no matter what time I call. I would like my money back!
This location is severely understaffed. The workers looked defeated. They need a competent manager to lead this store because the owner/current manager clearly isn’t cutting it.
Some of the negative reviews of this place are just straight up ridiculous ???? I moved here from Texas with my son. This is the closest tropical smoothie by us and it’s been nothing but wonderful every time. The smoothies and food always come out good. I don’t know her name, but the woman that works here with a pixie cut and piercings is always great with her customer service and overall just really nice.
Since I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone in days, there’s been no response to my refund request through the app and since there’s no other way to communicate with anyone they now get probably my first bad review ever. I ordered like $30 worth of smoothies and food the other day to be delivered I was taking advantage of the Black Friday deal free delivery over $25 so I order everything and a DoorDash driver was to deliver the order. The driver was named Daniel and he also hung up on me and didn’t come back like he said he would. But he proceeds to drop our smoothie in front of my front door it busts all over the ground he apologizes (per my kids dad) and my kids dad cleans up the mess and said the driver said he was going to get a replacement beverage and come back. Well he doesn’t and no one answers his he phone there and I’m at the point now where I’m about to go up there and make sure I make everyone’s job very difficult and that not only does my issue get resolved but at this point I should get the entire order replaced or credit for the whole meal PLUS my money back and then I’ll need help making sure Daniel faces consequences l.

I pulled out to get a smoothie at 8:40 PM. All the lights are turned off. The store is CLOSED and it says that you guys are open till 9pm everyday. Please explain!
