Ordered ahead and waited….waited….waited…..waited. More interested in taking orders from traffic than filling them. Waiting now 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Our side food. At least the compost pile gets something nutritious.
This restaurant is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefer it most. I always suggest to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a proper meal, this is the place that comes instantly to my head. Extremely good and varied food and members and great atmosphere.
i wouldn’t go here. the food took a while to make and the guy could not understand what we were trying to say. there was little too no chicken in both me and my sisters wrap and they both were very thin with barely anything in them while the one across town make them with much more food added and a larger portion. smoothies were pretty good just more ice added then i would have liked
This place is terrible. The sandwich I ordered was thrown together and the island green smoothie had no flavor. I asked them to redo the smoothie and they refused. What a waste of good money. Will never go back to this location again!
For the first time in 6months to a year my husband and myself decided to go to Tropical Smoothie here at Market Street.
I'm not sure when the new management took over this location, however it doesn't seem to be running smoothly. There was only two people working and the location was pretty busy.
While ordering for my family it came off as if the lady wasn't sure how to punch the order in to the system. Then I went to order my side for my meal and was told "oh you don't want that because it has an up charge, choice our chips." I told the lady "I don't care about the upcharge I would really like the Kale apple slaw". Come to find out they didn't prep it so there was none. Additionally
my husband's Mago Magic and my Bahama Mama doesn't taste like they have all ingredients in them or at least not the correct ratios.
Food was not well put together well. As the cook was watching television of some kind in the back while being the only person filling the orders, at least the food side. The lady would go back from time to time to help with the drinks.
Don't think I will be returning to this location anytime in the near future.
Delicious sandwiches and great smoothies! The sandwich was very good. Fresh bread and lots of cheese. Chicken was tasty. Smoothie was good too! Friendly people. Clean place.
Horrible! Same people own the subway next door. Service is horrendous. I ordered online for pick up, hadn't even started my order when I arrived. They were more interested In whoever was on the phone than making my food. If I hadn't already paid for it, I wpuld have left
30mins later they finally get to making my order. These people should not be in the food business.
Food tasted good but I ordered the apple slaw as my side and this is what I received. If I knew I was gonna get 1 spoonful of slaw then I would’ve ordered chips instead.
