Went here for a quick lunch Grab and go ordered a smoothie and a super green salad bowl... I got back to work to eat my salad and the salad did not have any kale or spinach. It was only lettuce, parmesan cheese, a few tomatoes, and chicken.
So overall the whole salad was missing:
The cheese crisps, kale, and lettuce. I feel ripped off because I didn’t get my monies worth. And on top of that I found a piece of pineapple in the salad... everything that was suppose to be there wasn’t... and what isn’t supposed to be there was.
I called and let them know about my order that was messed up and I wasn’t offered a next time comp meal or anything of that sort. Not pleased at all.
I usually am okay with tropical smoothie. Their food & smoothies are usually pretty on point. However, do not get their new açaí bowls. The açaí had freezer burn and was very icy, the granola looks like crushed up nature valley bars, and then they douse it all in honey. It was definitely not worth the $10 I spent when I can go to planet smoothie and spend $4 extra for a bigger portion size and a non freezer burned açaí base.
Dakota gave me a Bahama mama that made me tell my MOMMA Couldn’t ask for better service from this place. Love it here, Forever my go to smoothie place????
Food and smoothies are usually pretty decent. The service is alway just so slow….! Tables are always wobbly. Just really poorly maintained and managed. Also it’s DECEMBER 26th. The Christmas toy donation bin is still there and full. I guess it was all for show and not about the kids. With that kind of integrity issues added to the list,I’m done with this place.
Ordered pickup from here, which was painless, but after eating both a wrap and a smoothie, my wife and I ended up becoming violently sick. We believe this place gave us food poisoning.
My supergreen salad had no kale or spinach. And the kale slaw had wilted brown kale, and lacked any flavor. I will not be back to be this tsk
