I waited for over 5 minutes with not a single person in front of me for someone to take my order. 3 high school aged girls were too busy goofing off to work. One asked after 5 minutes is someone had taken my order, when I said no she proceeded to lean over the counter and play on her phone. The foods good but the service sucks
I like TSC just as much as Panera Bread, but I order from PB much more often because the staff at this TSC location simply cannot get an order correct. After 4 orders in a row with missing or incorrect items, I am definitely not going to give them a 5th chance because they clearly couldn’t care less. My last order was 4 items (wrap, chips, smoothie, and bottled beverage) but that didn’t stop them from sending me the wrong drink and forgetting the smoothie all together. You’d think counting to 4 would be an easy task.
Sophia is hands down the best and taste being consistent everytime! I don’t even need to go into my order because Sophia starts making my food and smoothie. Please be sure Sophia is considering ma abets, etc. :)
Nicole was completely rude. Just a complete negative vibe to the environment. Not big on writing reviews this is actually my first ever and her attitude/ treatment towards me and other customers was mind blowing.
The girl taking my order did not acknowledge me at all I came to the counter and said how’s it going she said nothing. I waited and she didnt even ask me what can I get for you just gave me a weird look. She said nothing. So rude so unwelcoming. Then proceeded to question my order.
Jackie the manager at the Tarpon Springs location is horrible. Terrible customer service and she's rude and condescending. After ordering 2 smoothies and getting back onto US 19 we realized that the one smoothie did not have coffee and the other one wasn't a protein smoothie. We put in the fridge to return the next morning. I asked Jackie for a full refund because they weren't correct nor did we drink any of their product. She refused refund but put my name in a refund book. Today when I went in to pick up 2 smoothies she refused and was rude. I asked for the owners information she said call the store and good luck getting a hold of him.
Terrible location, no care or concern. Honestly I should’ve went to McDonald’s that’s how careless my food was made.
