This Tropical Smoothie is my favorite here locally. They typically are top notch and I am a very frequent customer. However, I wasn't feeling well and wanted an acai bowl to be delivered but there is a minimum order so I ordered a quesadilla I didn't really want to hit the minimum. When my food was delivered there was a note in it that said no bowls sorry. They gave me an extra bag of chips. They had my number but didn't call me to let me know ahead of time like every other service I have ever used when they are out of something. I would have cancelled the order. I was still charged for the bowl too. I tried calling and left a message after my many calls weren't answered. Now I don't trust the service so I am no longer a customer at this store.
The manager here is so darn sweet! Big props to him for keeping this place functioning.

No one works here because they pay less than Wendy’s. There are no menus and you can only order through the drive through because they can’t man their lobby. Please do better
Service at drive thru was great. My all American wrap was good but my paradise point smoothie had no flavor at all. I go to this location 1 to 3 times a week. First time disappointment.
I ordered food today through the website and the driver stated that he delivered/handed me the food when he did NOT. I have tried calling the company and the driver and neither will answer my calls. I have been a very loyal customer and this is theft. I will be complaing to corporate and I will be contacting my bank to deny this transaction. They will never get my business again.

Worst tropical smoothie. Have gone multiple times & always regret it. Food is either burnt or not toasted enough. Smoothies are always runny. Service is always slow. I don't mind waiting but when I do & they come out with half your order might as well gone inside. I so wish this location was better.
So yummy! Jennifer S. was super nice and that smoothie we asked her to make the “peanut butter fudge” was very good by the way. Thank you!
