Worst service. I walk in to nobody in the store. The gentleman behind the counter asks if I'm picking up or ordering. I tell him I'm ordering. Some other guy walks in and just starts ordering and he takes his order as if I wasn't standing there. I just walked out. Don't go here.
Fast, friendly service! My wife and I stopped by for lunch, they were very busy at the time. There were 6 people in line ahead of us. We were placing our orders 90 seconds later, that's fast! We had our smoothies in 2 minutes, food in 5. The new BBQ chicken flatbread was awesome! My wife said her Thai chicken salad was good as well.
I went there on Monday 08/21 (around 3:30)and ordered two smoothies. I remember I was told it was around $16.00. I got home and checked my bank statement, and somehow, they added $2.00 because the statement shows $18.40.
I checked to see if I was wrong trying to order the same online and the total is $16.40 .
So unprofessional.
Ive visited this location a lot over the years and I can only remember honest mistakes being made. This time I got a chipotle flatbread with no bacon but when I got home I got what looked to be 2 pieces of bread barely toasted with I don't even know what on them. This was a huge inconvenience as I had no food at the house and had to go back out after working a long shift. I sent in a complaint to corporate Monday night and wasn't until thur the franchise owner (not local mgmt) responded to my request. The owner did not even have a copy of my original complaint and after many texts the most they could do was send me an $8 gift certificate on an order that cost me $13. My time of leaving to get more food was never paid back.
If I learned anything it's that being a loyal customer meant nothing to this place. I will not be visiting this location again.
I specifically called tropical smoothie and told them that I wanted my side sauces on the side and not on my wrap for the second timee they’ve put the sauce on my Caesar Wrap and my wraps was extremely soggy then when you try to tell them that people act like they don’t want to do it or that your money is a goof enough for you to ask them for the correct thing so over this location .
4 employees none were working the register maybe 10 customers waiting for more than 20 minutes nobody came to take my order I left the lady just said somebody would be with you shortly when she was making a order she put to much jerk sauce on a order I overheard her say to employee that she put to much then she tells customer that she gave her extra
I enjoy the food and the smoothies! The customer service is excellent; and the environment presents as laid back with a diverse genre of music (that I always enjoy when visiting).
lord these employees must hate there job, officially the worst customer service i have ever had. i won’t be returning to this tropical smoothie again.
