I ordered this through door dash... with a smoothie, jalapeño corn, plus a tip that ran me $24. I paid double the normal price because it was door dash and this is what I got. The smoothie and corn were fine. I know they had to of seen this before they wrapped it up. This is the last time I will order from here, especially through door dash.
I ordered a Detox Island Green online. It is supposed to be naturally sweetened but it was not. I took it back because it was bland. I was not allowed a refund or to switch it out for something different. I was informed by Aniyah that Ms. Patel/ Mgr. said I could only get the same item. The return/refund policy is behind the counter out of the customer's view. I will not patronize this company anymore.
Flavorless. Has a chalky powder texture. Imagine a cup with pineapple juice and baby powder. Awful.

I picked up an online order last night 02/12/24 around 7:07 pm I just wanted to say the two young ladies working last night were awesome, polite and very friendly! Thank you so much for a great experience!
I used to love the smoothies but lately everytime I get one it hardly has any flavor to it. It tastes like it's just a pinch of flavor with a load of ice.
Love the shakes. The food is never a disappointment. They are quick and produce quality product.
This morning's experience was by far the best I've ever had at this location. The two young ladies working there were so polite and friendly! My mobile order was ready before the expected time. My smoothie was perfect. Not watered down and full of flavor. My breakfast wrap was hot and delicious.
The staff at this location is horrible! One of the staff members had a bad attitude towards the customers. Also to make matters worse, another customer had to ask the staff members to wash their hands after working at the cash register. I understand most places have work shortages, but please leave the attitude at home. Whatever happened to great customer service?
