Ordered two smoothies. At first they gave us a smoothie that was labeled wrong and took it to the back to redo it. Then, when we finally got both smoothies, one of them wasn’t blended properly and it tasted like water. You could visibly see it wasn’t blended all the way. When we asked the service about it, she was very rude despite us inquiring about the blend pretty politely. (My boyfriend is pretty soft spoken…) When we got the smoothie back again, she was rude once again in telling us to just throw it away. I generally love Tropical Smoothie… but the service just wasn’t good at this one.
Sad. Sticky floors, overflowing trash can, no air conditioning, and nobody coming to take your order. I had to go back to the kitchen to find an employee. And yeah, the kitchen is trashed too. This place needs a manager or at least someone who cares.
I love tropical smoothie but I ordered a wrap here that was basically inedible and falling apart. The service was terrible and when I asked to have another one made the employees were extremely rude.
Yesterday, I ordered a drink and I received a package from hell.
It was delivered.
I had to take a drink that tasted as a pure vitamin, I said no banana because I'm allergic.. I had banana.
I'm extremely pissed.
I can't go anywhere, due to my sudden change in my demographics.
As being handicapped isn't enough, I now get this!
I'm sick too my stomach and been vomiting for hours. I just got it under control. Thanks for the pain.
And don't ask me for another excuse for me to tell you what needs to be done.
If you don't know... You should close your doors.
You tell me details on how you can fix my problem.

Is a criminal offense apparently in Florida.
Ordered two different green smoothies (Avocolada & Island Green) and given the same smoothie in two cups but labeled differently. I watched the young woman make a double batch and pour them into my two cups. Didn’t think anything of it bc I thought she was making it for a different customer. NOPE. Tried them when I got in the car & it was the exact same thing. Ordered a Thai chicken wrap and received a chicken with cheese wrap - not even close to what was ordered. Will not be coming back.
The owner of this establishment should be disappointed in themselves. THEY ARE SO BEHIND to the point that their store is understaffed and no owner in sight helping anything. I blame this definitely on corporation and the owner because this is quite unethical and disgusting to have shortstaffed members work in no air conditioning can even take a time to even change out the trash disgusting
The workers are doing their best and they’re amazing at their service as much as they can. They are so busy in the back they are overworked and overwhelmed. This is all on management and the owner. The owner should be helping them to work in. No air conditioning in Florida is quite utterly insane BLAME IT ON OWNERS & CORPORATION PAY MORE DO BETTER TROPICAL SMOOTHIE
The ice machine has been down for a month. The employees are forced to drive to another location to grab ice and transport it back. Not sanitary and not very good treatment for employees that make them money. I had to wait 20 minutes to bring my postpartum wife a melted smoothie, and drive back to get my own order. The owners of this location should really do better or close the doors. My heart goes out to the employees for working under these conditions!
At this point I'm just done with Tropical Smoothie in general. Had a bad experience with the quality at the Rockledge location so I tried this one and it was strange as well. I also don't like how you can't see them making the smoothies here so who knows what they are putting in them. I ordered the Avocolada with no sugar. It was super sweet and didn't taste like avocado, kale or any of the other ingredients that are listed as ingredients. Just like a frozen slushie. Really strange and don't plan to waste my money on this nonsense again.
